LUX Technology Group, Inc., offers a complete product line of high quality LED lighting solutions. As their first "creative" employee, I created and oversaw all branding and marketing materials from conception to production. This includes a complete website that I single-handedly built (luxtg.com), specification sheets for all products, branding identity sheet, product packaging, a complete product catalog (view here), sales presentations, in-house materials, brochures, and more. 

LED lighting specifications requires an extreme attention to detail. Such technical information can be difficult to layout in a clear and concise manner, but I believe I managed to make it accessible, all while making it look good and communicate a high-quality brand.

Obsidian is Kwikset's new keyway-less deadbolt. Kwikset is the #1 Selling US lock brand and has been further expanding in the electronic and smarthome market. Obsidian is it's latest offering in the electronic deadbolt category and features an elegant yet slightly edgy deadbolt with a slick black touchscreen. 

I had the honor of creating the entire brand look from Logo to packaging and additional assets for trade shows and point of purchase opportunities. 

Included here is the final logo, packaging files, supporting graphics, large booth banner, and also a mood board. I also included contending (but rejected) additional logo options that featured more icon-graphic elements. Ultimately, we went with a sleek and clean typography-inspired logo with a modern feel. 

ECOS is a luxury construction and remodeling group. I designed this floor-plan concept logo that has their initials weaved throughout. Paired with marbles and charcoal textures to emulate the high-end remodel design they do

Working with Becky to create a her logo and brand identity for her interior design business was such a fun challenge. Becky wanted a logo icon that was geometric, incorporated her initials, and was simple, strong, yet inviting all at once. Challenge accepted! The heart shape is a piecing together of the initials BFD - can you spot them? It's subtle but is meant to be a talking piece. I love the bold purple gradient - it's uniquely Becky and help her stand out while still remaining elegant and approachable. 

A brand that is clean, modern, with just a hint of edginess. Here is the final branding sheet for Kaysen Photography plus business cards, a thank you card, and stamps for packaging. 

The Worship Leader MediaKit was overdue for a revamp. The approach here was to create something very visual for potential advertisers and sponsors. There is so much information ranging from the distribution channels to reach and audience behavior, that we wanted this to be fun to look at and read. And I think we succeeded. This will be a great tool for the WL sales team to use! Also created a website using many of the same elements.

The pictures don't even begin to do these invites justice. The wood pieces are a real walnut wood and silver foiled. I love all the contrast of this set and not to mention the leather tag with the custom designed monogram. 

Jenna envisioned a soft and pretty wedding invite set that was both classic but modern for her destination wedding and this suite has the works! Soft Pantone letterpress, blind embossed peonies, and copper foil. Watercolor envelope liner of the Montana barn where they will be saying I do, all tied with hand-dyed silk ribbon in sky blue and sealed with a custom designed copper seal. 

These wedding invites are classic and elegant, but with a touch of modern. Since printing in golds and metallic can get expensive, I kept the letterpress to a single color and incorporated the gold by using a gorgeous fine paper in mini chevron and glueing that to the backs of the RSVP card. The same gold paper was used to create envelope liners to provide an immediate impression when opening the invite. The invite, details card with map, and RSVP card were all wrapped up in a navy blue band and tied with a gold ribbon.

Ufizi is a beautiful faucet beautifully designed by an Italian faucet brand called Fortis. They needed a clean and elegant look-book featuring beauty shots of the new Uffizi Line with basic information such as name and price. 

Here are just 2 examples of LUX’s product packaging. First, the box design for the standard A19 bulb. The second, an example for the LUX A19 filament in blister packaging.

The packaging needed to reflect the brand, of course, but also organize important information in a way that is easily accessible to the every-day consumer. Since LED is a relatively new technology, many consumers don’t quite fully understand it yet. The cost information, savings, equivalent wattage, and more are displayed in a simple way, which was a priority.  

The use of a silver Pantone on the front, as well as the LUX logo in a silver foil on the top, communicate that the product is of high-quality.

LeVoile Collection is a brand of hijabs that promotes style and modesty all while being a light, breathable fabric. The brand needed to evoke high-end of fashion while also staying true to its humble roots. We stuck with earthy neutrals and a distressed typewriter font as the main focus. We paired with a modern script font and soft textures for touches of pretty femininity. 

This is a bohemian chic inspired baby shower invitation features a watercolored flower wreath dreamcatcher, modern calligraphy, and colors of an orange-pink sunset. This invite is double sided and perfect for that boho-chic, free-spirited mommy-to-be!
 

I finally went for it. I got my Moscow Mule typography design copper-foiled and letterpressed. They turned out gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. What helped me pull the trigger was my good friend Christian Kaysen (of Kaysen Photography) said he would love to do a styled shoot with them if I did. I figured if I was going to sell them, they were gonna need some awesome photos and Christian captured them perfectly. Plus we got to drink the cocktails out of copper mugs at the end which is always a plus. If you've never had a Moscow Mule out of a copper mug, you need to. Makes all the difference. 

You can purchase one of these lovelies in my shop. Perfect to gift with a copper mug set for that Moscow Mule lover in your life. Or anyone who enjoys a good cocktail ;) 

This was such a fun branding project to work with Mike on. His work is so beautiful and he needed an equally compelling brand to support his work. He knew he wanted something clean and classic but still with hints of nature. Nothing says classic like an upstanding serifed font. We paired it with touches of a handwritten script font to add a personal feel.

He wanted to promote a luxury wedding brand while still being accessible which is where the gold came in mixed with more earthy elements like moss green.  

Some designs just fall into place and they were meant to be. This is one of those designs. My good friend (and co-worker) wanted a brand to promote his freelance side business creating content and writing for organizations and businesses. He liked this typewriter font and then everything else followed by expanding the idea of a typewriter and ink which translated into splatters and washes. The overall feel is classically vintage yet still clean and modern.

This mini brand project was right up my alley with tropical vibes and jungle/tribal touches. Bougie Boheme is an up and coming jewelry brand that needed some logo refinement and updating, thank you card, and jewelry care card. I love how all the pieces work together to create a fun, cohesive jungle look without getting boring or repetitive! 

This is a project VERY dear to my heart, as my husband is graduating from chiropractic school. He's a surfer at heart and wanted his practice and brand to reflect his laid-back attitude but also be professional and clean. I had the idea to use the trunk of a palm tree to imitate the curve and vertebrae of a spine since he will be practicing in Dana Point and wanted to have that coastal feel. Looking at other chiropractic brands, they all seemed either cluttered and generic, or sterile with no personality. We hope to break the mold with this look. Playing with a few logo variations in this set but the palm tree/spine icon stays constant. Much more to come!

After 3 nephews, our family finally got a little girl! Welcome Ms. Sienna Mae. So, naturally, after 3 nephews, the announcements for my niece had to be more girly with lavender, gold polka dots on mint paper, and a pretty script font. 

The final logo and branding sheet for Joelle Design. This final logo and look was definitely a process to get to, but it was a fun one. Joelle is fabulous interior designer with a creative and open mind which makes these sorts of projects so fun. She has a strong idea about what she likes and doesn't like, but also open and willing to try anything. From the beginning she knew she wanted navy and gold, which is one of my favorite combos, and also somehow incorporate the letter J into her logo as well. She ended up really liking the bright blue so we started to incorporate that color more as well. The final product is elegant yet modern. 

Lil lumberjack is here! These announcements are based off of the Lumberjack Baby Shower Invites. We continued the theme with this 2-sided announcement. The information side featured the usual baby-info, but it leaves a small space below for a "thank-you" space to write in. So it serves as both an announcement and as a thank you card for everyone who blessed them and their little one at the shower. 

When being told the theme and direction of this baby shower, I was told by the host, "Tropical, but not old-man Tommy Bahama." I immediately understood! This needed to be classy and elegant, with just a hint of tropical. It's simple with just a hint of glamorous, reminiscent of and inspired by Kate Spade.

Back to Balance is a chiropractic wellness group partnered with Burke Williams Spa. The brand needed to reflect high-end quality care, while remaining clean and modern. Pieces included a brand sheet, website design, newsletter design, business cards, and flyers. 

Hearts, soft florals, pinks and cream, and calligraphy combine for a sweet and feminine invite welcoming a baby girl. 

Black and white bridal shower invite in a slight newsprint style, glued to bright poppy red paper, wrapped in a black and white paisley fine paper from Paper Source and tied with a red ribbon.

Freedom Cup is Newport Sea Base Rowing’s first self-hosted regatta. They wanted something that reflected and promoted the NSBR brand, but with a patriotic feel. Incorporating the stars on the logo reflected the American Flag in a subtle and tasteful way.  

The event t-shirt features the logo on the front, with the teams on the backside, with a small American flag at the top.

This is a cute and adventurous double sided baby shower invitation inspired by the great outdoors, lumberjacks, and the classic red & black buffalo plaid. Perfect for a fall/winter or woodland themed baby shower!

This was the first time I got to work on an Elopement announcement and it was so much fun! This couple eloped in Santorini so of course the gorgeous blue water was the basis of the inspiration. This is a back and front design with the announcement on the front, and the invitation to come celebrate upon their return on the back. 

Inspired by the Dr. Seuss quote, the theme was "little world traveler." I kept the design relatively simple but used vintage maps to create cute bands that folded over it. 

Newport Sea Base Rowing is a non-profit rowing club based in Newport Beach, CA. As their volunteer in-house graphic designer, I’ve designed marketing materials, business cards, banners, uniforms, sign-up forms, and more. I also single-handedly built their website and keep it updated with race information, news, pictures, media, and more.

This is an 18-page digital brochure for the 7th annual National Worship Leader Conference for all three locations. The words and content highlight the conference theme, Worship in Spirit & Truth, which uses language that directly speaks to worship leaders, pastors, and the entire worship team. By listing out full schedules, workshop descriptions, featured worship leaders and speakers, it also paints this conference as a time for practical learning and training.

The concept behind the design was to inspire a time of refreshment but also creativity and innovation. Providing a different color for each location (PA, KS, & CA) helped brand each state and provided an immediate distinction in other marketing materials.
